Olive reads 17 official sites for changes. From day one, every program watches BIS, CBP CSMS, CBP Customs Bulletin, Commerce AD/CVD, DHS UFLPA, Federal Register, ITA Screening List, OFAC, USITC HTS and USTR. BIS Entity List, Presidential trade actions and WCO are connected for every program too, and each goes live once it has produced a verified change. Sources tied to your trade are added once your setup confirms it, from the countries you trade with to the agencies you name and what you export. Live now: CBSA, CPSC, Mexico DOF and USMCA. Olive checks every source on your plan every day and reads each new change against your products and your program. If it touches you, Olive drafts the change to the sections it affects and tells you why. When a change needs action, your owners and admins get an email; everything else arrives in a summary, daily, weekly or only when something needs you. Nothing in your program changes until someone approves it.

That's the only way it works. Every change Olive drafts waits for an owner or admin at your company to approve it, and each approval records who approved it and when. Viewers, such as executives, auditors or your broker, can read everything and change nothing.

It keeps the records an auditor asks for: your signed program, who approved each change and when, training with signed attestations, and a draft Focused Assessment binder you can download as a PDF. The audit log and program adoption signatures are locked by the database, so they can't be edited or deleted after the fact, and approvals are kept as an add-only history. Every draft cites what it rests on, and each point in your program is marked by where it came from: your documents, an inference from your scope, or a gap that needs your input. A chatbot answers the questions you think to ask, from whatever you paste in, however good its memory. Compliance breaks on the change nobody asked about. Olive checks the Federal Register, CBP and every other source on your plan every day without being asked, reads each change against the products, HTS codes and trade lanes you confirmed, and tells you when one reaches you. Until you confirm an HTS code, Olive can't tell whether a change reaches your specific goods. The result isn't a reply in a chat: it's a change to your signed compliance program, approved by a named person at your company and written to an audit log the database locks against edits. Under reasonable care, CBP looks at whether you had reliable procedures and kept them current. That is the record Olivra keeps, and a chat history isn't it.

Each company's data is kept separate, every request is checked against your company membership, and everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your documents, data and conversations are not used to train AI models. We keep your records while you use Olivra; audit records and signed attestations are kept permanently so they stay valid as evidence.
